About the space
Right on the Gold Coast Highway at Mermaid Beach, close enough to catch the salt air on your way in. Up on the second level and filled with light, this is our brightest studio, an easy uncluttered space built for stretching, moving and switching off. Plenty of parking and easy light rail access too.
Beyond the weekly timetable we host workshops and special events through the year and teach private yoga and mat Pilates classes for workplaces, retreats and groups across the Gold Coast.
